I’m not the only one she missed! Here she is recovering from surgery, with her head resting on Annaleises pj’s (Bonnie fetched them from the washing basket, put them on the couch, then promptly got herself comfortable!).

This evening we said goodbye for the very last time to our best friend. 

So sick. In a lot of pain and discomfort. Both eyes swollen closed and she still smiles at a cuddle. Our Lilo is so loving and so strong.

Such an inspirational soul.
